Eerde in World War Two - living history
The Eindhoven-based Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation organised a walk, as part of a four-day event, on Sunday 20th September 2009. The theme of the walk centered around freedom and liberation
In this first edition, the Airborne Memorial Walk was located in Eerde and surroundings, taking walkers around a historically significant area decorated with surprising displays and authentic WWII vehicles.
